Debt Review Lead Warmers ( Commission Only )

Role and Responsibilities

Make outgoing calls on a daily basis to a list of people the company provides. The agent must make these calls and achieve the purpose of the call.

  • Achievement of daily and monthly targets is essential
  • Data entry and searches
  • Inform clients about the benefit of the product
  • Read prepare sale script to the client
  • Explain concepts, terms and conditions and fees to the clients
  • Respond to questions
  • Identify and handle objections
  • Obtain clients information
  • Follow up on initial contacts
  • Enter details of every interaction on the system
  • Professionalism, honest and integrity its important

Salary:
R4, R9,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • North Riding, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • High School (matric) (preferred)

Language:


  • Multilingual (preferred)
