Job Purpose:

To successfully implement a sales-driven approach and expand our business reach, strengthen client relationships, and meet set sales targets.

Key Performance Areas:

Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions, staying aware of market trends and competitors.
Promote the company's products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
Sell Telkom products and services, achieving set targets through proactive lead generation and conversion.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding into new markets, generating leads and driving revenue growth.
Review sales contracts to ensure compliance with legal and corporate guidelines, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Determine key business development KPIs, focusing on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Develop a growth strategy that balances financial objectives with customer needs, fostering long-term business relationships and increasing revenue.
Evaluate team performance in growing the business through client acquisition and sales, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
Maintain and improve sales performance by researching new markets and customer needs, adapting strategies accordingly.
Promote a culture of growth through sales across the business, educating team members on best practices and techniques.

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in Business Management or relevant Sales qualifications.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
Exceptional leadership, independence, and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent negotiation and networking abilities.
Organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
