Planner/ Sales Administrator

Duties

Manage all administrative and planning tasks for your customers
Planning of FG forecast requirement against forecast and safety stock requirements.
Initiate procurement process & followup with suppliers on all orders.
Expediting of purchase orders with suppliers to ensure ontime delivery
Liaise with warehouse to ensure smooth processes for receipts and replenishment of stock to customers.
Liaise with sales on customer requirements to manage any shortages and anomalies based on customer call offs.
Manage the creation of new products on the system.
Track Raw materials shipments establish shipped quantities re calculate material requirements and release to production department.
Communicate to buyer/planner any shortage/extras
Consolidate jobs ensure 100% utilization of all raw material/finished goods stock
Run and compile required management reports.
Ensure all orders are delivered on time and in full.
Plan and place order for all products to ensure continuous delivery to customers

Requirements:

High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
Ability to prioritize and taking ownership of your own workload.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently to plan ahead and work in advance.
An administrative or sales background.
Thinking adaptability and problem solving ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft
Excel, Word, outlook.
23 years admin experience in a similar role will be advantageous
Ability to work individually and within a team.
