Qualifications:


Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Strong Customer facing Consulting experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT), network operations, technology solutions.
  • Extended experience and certification in Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure, M365, D365, or Power Platform), infrastructure technologies.
  • Trusted Advisorship: The ability to build trusted advisor status and deep relationships across stakeholders (e.g., technical decision makers, business decision makers) through an understanding of customer needs and technologies.
  • Commercial acumen: the ability to network with internal stakeholders and build a portfolio of customers in order to build and maintain a healthy portfolio of customers and billable work.

Additional requirements:


  • Drive People & Process: The ability to prepare the customer for operational readiness and longterm organizational adoption.
  • Optimization: The ability to guide the customer towards solution cost and performance optimization leading to retention and expansion opportunities.
