Description
1. Provide hardware and software support (LAN & WAN)

  • Install software
  • Troubleshooting (TCF)
  • Assemble computer
  • Repairs & maintenance of hardware & peripherals
  • Installation & maintenance of cabling
  • Maintain inventory for software & hardware (TCF)
  • Provide 2nd line support to users on helpdesk
  • Investigate and provide solution (TCF)
  • Communicate with users on incident logged (TCF)
  • Boardrooms and printers
  • Assist with first line support in boardrooms.
  • Assist with first line printer support
  • Provide electronic access relating to buildings Procurement
  • Assist with procurement of endpoint devices and accessories for users.
  • Assist with maintenance of asset register with IT Asset Management Team
  • Assist users
  • Close all calls (using jira system) within the SLA.
Knowledge and Skills
Formal Education

  • Matric
  • National diploma in IT (Advantage)
Technical/Legal Certification

  • A+
  • N+
Experience

  • Atleast 3 Years' Experience in 2nd & 3rd line support
