Duties/ Responsibilities:


  • Perform all branch administrative duties
  • Reconciling of debtors and creditors accounts on a monthly basis
  • Reconciling of daily banking
  • Cashier duties
  • Maintaining an accurate and uptodate record for all debtors and creditors related matters
  • Handling queries relating to debtors and creditors
  • Answering switchboard
  • Liaising with customers
  • Adhock admin duties will be communicated

Requirements:


  • At least 5 years Administrative experience required
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Debtors and Creditors required
  • Customer service or cashier experience
  • Bilingual
  • MS Office skills and computer literacy
  • Being able to multi task is very important
  • Organized and attention to detail
  • Own initiative and quick learner
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Helpful and willing to go the extra mile
  • Can to approach and positive outlook
  • Confident, hardworking and trustworthy individual
  • Must be able to handle and work under pressure

  • Friday 08:0017:00
  • Alternative Saturdays
