Responsibilities:


  • To hunt, develop and acquire new business opportunities and clients while conducting research and analysing market trends and meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Source lead generating opportunities.
  • Driving and achieving annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.
  • Achieve/exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set out in monthly/annual budgets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand their customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

Requirements:


  • Minimum Grade 12 Qualification.
  • 23 years of proven key account experience.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from initiation to completion.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
  • Targetdriven and competitive.
  • Must be able to use own initiative when it comes to developing new business
- think out of the box.

  • Must have own vehicle and be willing to travel both nationally and internationally when required.
  • Background in fabrication/production advantageous.
  • Background in industrial sales advantageous.
