    Assistant Manager Role

    We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Alternative Asset Services Division, reporting to a Manager within Apex. This role involves managing a client portfolio, including all aspects of administration and overseeing accounting aspects. You will also supervise and mentor junior staff members, some of whom may be studying towards professional qualifications.

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage a client portfolio, including administration and accounting aspects.
    • Supervise and mentor junior staff members.
    • Work with the Manager and Director to ensure the planning, coordination, and completion of NAVs.
    • Prepare Management Reporting and Statutory Reporting of corporate entities.
    • Prepare and implement customer-specific procedures.
    • Act as the point of contact with auditors.
    • Ensure reporting complies with entity and statutory requirements.

    Skills and Experience

    • Professional Qualification: CA(S) or equivalent.
    • Minimum Requirements: One year post-articles experience, three years' experience in the fund industry.
    • Desirable Skills: Fund-related accounting experience, knowledge of Private Debt, Capital Markets, Real Assets, or Private Equity.
