  • Assist with reconciliations
  • Preparation of monthend data
Creditors

  • Capturing invoices/purchase orders
  • Respond to queries
  • Assist with reconciliations
  • Capture payments on the online banking portfolio
  • Preparation of monthend data
General assistance

  • Analyze financial data as and when requested by Group CFO
  • Electronically file documents as and when requested by the Group CFO
  • Assist with ad hoc activities as requested by the Group CFO

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Matric
  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting
  • 5 years experience doing bookkeeping to trial balance
  • 5 years experience doing bookkeeping to trial balance
  • Experience with accounting software is required. Quickbooks is ideal
