    Your Day-to-Day Life

    We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst/Systems Administrator to join our team in Cape Town. Your key responsibilities will be:

    1. Maintain, analyze, and evaluate relevant company data.
    2. Write database queries using SQL.
    3. Provide support related to data and systems to all departments within the organization.
    4. Develop and maintain reports in the form of graphs, charts, and tables for Management.
    5. Liaise with clients to ensure contractual requirements are met and excellence in client service is consistently achieved.
    6. Liaise with system service providers to ensure uninterrupted business processes and productivity.

    What We Are Looking For

    • A technical qualification such as Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Chemistry would be an advantage.
    • A tertiary qualification in a commercial or quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, IT, Computer Science, or Economics).
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • SQL knowledge.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in data models and reporting packages.
    • Ability to analyze large datasets.
    • Ability to write comprehensive reports.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
