    • Business Alignment:
      • Proactively identify HR solutions that align with and support business outcomes by understanding the company's strategy, goals, and challenges.
      • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure HR strategies are in line with business objectives.
    • Talent Management & Workforce Planning:
      • Forecast talent needs based on business growth or restructuring by engaging with management.
      • Support talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning efforts.
      • Drive leadership development and ensure a robust talent pipeline.
    • Change Management & Organizational Design:
      • Lead organizational restructuring, culture shifts, and change management initiatives.
      • Facilitate communication and alignment during transitions, mergers, or transformations.
    • Employee Engagement & Culture:
      • Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
      • Support the development of a positive organizational culture that reflects company values.
    • Performance Management:
      • Guide managers in setting clear performance expectations, providing feedback, and conducting evaluations.
      • Support compensation, rewards, and recognition programs.
    • Leadership Coaching & Development:
      • Provide coaching to leaders and managers to improve their effectiveness and develop leadership capabilities.
      • Promote high-potential development and succession planning.
    • Data-Driven Insights & Reporting:
      • Leverage HR analytics and metrics to guide decision-making and track HR initiative success.
      • Provide actionable insights into turnover, employee engagement, and performance trends.
    • Compliance & Risk Management:
      • Evaluate and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for HR policies and practices.
      • Advise on risk management in employee relations and workforce issues.
    • Collaboration with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs):
      • Work with HR COEs to implement programs across the organization.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Postgraduate qualification in Organisational Development / Industrial Psychology.
    • Minimum 8-10 years relevant experience in professional HR related roles.
