    Job Description for Administrator, Office Business Banking

    This role demands a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Key responsibilities include:

    • Managing daily office operations, including procurement and supply chain management.
    • Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior management and staff, ensuring smooth office functioning.
    • Coordinating appointments, meetings, travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Overseeing office maintenance and technical support, ensuring operational systems are in place and issues addressed promptly.
    • Maintaining detailed and accurate asset register, managing project documentation and facilitating effective communication across teams, clients, and stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Secondary/High school/A levels/Matric qualification
    • NQF level 5 qualification

    Experience:

    • Minimum 3 years experience in an administrator role within Business Banking
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software
