Description

Busy seafood restaurant in the V&A Waterfront requires an assistant general manager with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar environment.

Must have a SA ID, be fully vaccinated, with own transport and contactable references.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as liaison between frontline employees and the general manager
  • Work in tandem with team members and provide training and correction as necessary
  • Monitor store inventory and report any needs to the general manager
  • Respond to and resolve customer complaints and comments as needed
