About The Role
The Sales People builds high-performance sales careers inside VC-backed, high-growth tech companies.
We're hiring Inbound Sales Representatives to join a fast-scaling digital healthcare company redefining access to care with specialist online clinics across preventative care, reproductive health, hormonal health and metabolic health.
This is a commercially driven role inside a mission-led business operating at scale in high-demand healthcare categories, particularly across underserved areas of female health and preventative care.
We're now growing our next cohort of Inbound Sales Representatives in Cape Town for a digital healthcare company on a mission to make good health last a lifetime.
This role is designed for driven performers who want ownership, measurable impact and a clear pathway into mid-level revenue roles.
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you'll sit at the front of revenue growth for a fast-moving B2C tech company.
You will:
Convert inbound leads into new revenue streams
Qualify leads based on fit, urgency and commercial opportunity
Manage a high volume pipeline
Turn early interest into meaningful sales conversations
Share market feedback to improve messaging and go-to-market strategy
Continuously develop your sales skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
You'll be employed by one of our VC-backed, scaling tech clients, while working from The Sales People HQ, surrounded by a high-performance sales culture.
