Description
A certificate or diploma in Food & Beverage Operations or similar would be ideal. Minimum 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager. PC literate with Excel and Word. Ability to make decisions and work independently. Excellent communication skills. Excellent organisational skills. Seafood experience a must.- Ensuring guests get the highest level of food and beverage service by making contact with the guests and checking customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a high standard personal service with all guests
- Taking personal responsibility for any guest situations, seeing the situation through to the solution
