    Job title: Junior Administrator

    Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and efficient professional to support our organization's day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent service to our staff and customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the organization, including responding to inquiries and handling general correspondence
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, including employee information and project details
    • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes in a timely and organized manner
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, book meetings and appointments, and manage calendars efficiently
    • Assist with budgeting and financial tasks, including data entry and expense tracking
    • Support other departments as needed, including HR, IT, and operations, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
    • Perform various administrative tasks as required to ensure seamless office operations

    Requirements:

    • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
    • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field, such as business administration or office administration, is considered an asset
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive) is necessary
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping is required
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines is essential

    What We Offer:

    The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
