- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the organization, including responding to inquiries and handling general correspondence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases, including employee information and project details
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes in a timely and organized manner
- Coordinate travel arrangements, book meetings and appointments, and manage calendars efficiently
- Assist with budgeting and financial tasks, including data entry and expense tracking
- Support other departments as needed, including HR, IT, and operations, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
- Perform various administrative tasks as required to ensure seamless office operations
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field, such as business administration or office administration, is considered an asset
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive) is necessary
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines is essential
