    Key Role:

    The Treasury Operations Manager oversees daily treasury activities, manages treasury-related project work, handles month-end and year-end close processes, and engages with stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.

    Responsibilities:

    • Reporting & Governance: Ensure accurate reporting and governance of balance sheet elements, adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously review working capital processes and implement improvements for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
    • Treasury Management: Perform daily activities related to treasury transactions using IT2, SAP, and SAP 4 HANA, ensuring proper recording and accuracy.
    • Treasury Project Oversight: Manage and oversee treasury-related project work, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
    • Accounting Oversight: Review journals, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accuracy in treasury transactions and deals.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial transaction or reporting issues.
    • Treasury Bank Account Maintenance: Maintain treasury bank accounts, including allocation and reconciliation of banking transactions.
    • Month-End & Year-End Activities: Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including general ledger close and journal reconciliations.
    • Team Support: Support the team to meet targets, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
    • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in treasury operations, preferably 2-3 years in a managerial role.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in TMS, ERP systems, and financial analysis tools.
    • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills.
    • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
