    Akiba Digital is a data orchestration and risk decisioning platform that enables high-value accountable institutions to manage dynamic risks across clients, transactions, and products. Our mission is to help businesses improve risk management, compliance, and operational efficiency.

    We are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) Team and drive new business acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term customer success.

    Role Overview:

    As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in executing Akiba Digital's sales strategy by identifying, engaging, and closing high-value enterprise clients. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and onboarding. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, consultative sales professional with experience in fintech, SaaS, or regtech sales, and a track record of exceeding revenue targets.

    You will be responsible for selling AkibaOne, our decisioning and risk assessment platform, to large enterprises and mid-market institutions, leveraging a structured Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. New Business Acquisition & Revenue Growth
      Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and contract negotiation.
      Meet and exceed assigned Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets.
      Leverage MEDDICC and structured sales processes to engage and qualify prospects effectively.
      Develop and execute a territory plan focused on acquiring 40+ enterprise accounts, contributing to the GTM team's $2.8M new ARR target.
    2. Consultative Selling & Value-Based Positioning
      Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand a prospect's risk, compliance, and operational challenges.
      Position AkibaOne's unique competitive advantages, such as real-time alternative scoring, automated decisioning workflows, and fraud monitoring, to align with client needs.
      Create and deliver compelling business cases, Proof of Value (PoV) playbacks, and ROI models tailored to each prospect.
    3. Account Management & Expansion
      Own and manage a book of high-value accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and net revenue retention (NRR) growth.
      Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless onboarding and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
      Engage in Executive-Level Relationship Building to drive strategic partnerships and deepen account penetration.
    4. Sales Process & Pipeline Management
      Use HubSpot CRM to track sales activities, manage opportunities, and ensure pipeline accuracy.
      Participate in bi-weekly sales syncs and Growth Deep Dives to refine strategies and optimize deal execution.
      Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to refine messaging and improve sales enablement assets.
    5. Industry & Competitive Intelligence
      Stay updated on regulatory changes, compliance trends, and competitor movements (e.g., Moodys, FICO, Loxon, FIS, Oracle).
      Gather market insights to influence product roadmap and contribute to AkibaOne's ongoing evolution.
      Represent Akiba Digital at industry conferences, networking events, and webinars.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    1. Experience: 4+ years in enterprise sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, risk decisioning, or regtech solutions
    2. Sales Expertise: Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals with mid-market and enterprise clients
    3. Consultative Selling: Strong experience in solution-based sales, aligning products to client business challenges
    4. CRM & Sales Tools: Proficiency in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation platforms
    5. Financial Acumen: Understanding of key financial metrics, ROI analysis, and risk management frameworks
    6. Executive Presence: Ability to engage and present to C-suite executives and senior stakeholders

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Prior experience selling risk decisioning, alternative scoring, compliance, or fraud prevention solutions
    2. Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger Sales, or complex B2B sales methodologies
    3. Experience selling to financial institutions, accountable institutions, or high-risk industries
    4. Track record of overachievement in ARR and revenue targets
