    About the Role

    We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide dedicated support to a dynamic executive, helping manage business priorities, streamline workflows, and enable focus on strategic initiatives. You'll play a pivotal role by handling administrative, communication, and project-related tasks with efficiency and precision.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Diary and Time Management: Manage a complex calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure effective time allocation. Organise meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
    • Email and Communication: Manage inboxes, flag urgent emails, draft responses, and liaise with clients and team members. Set up email filters and ensure confidentiality.
    • Business Planning Support: Prepare reports, research, and presentations. Support tender submissions and strategic initiatives with well-organised documentation and timelines.
    • Task Delegation and Project Coordination: Manage task assignments, ensuring key deadlines and project deliverables are met. Improve processes to boost team efficiency.
    • Marketing and Research Support: Identify relevant events and exhibitions, coordinate sustainability-related initiatives, and assist with marketing strategy execution.
    • Meeting and Event Preparation: Arrange key meetings and coordinate logistics for internal and external events.
    • Personal Support: Book personal appointments and assist with reminders to ensure a balanced schedule.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management software).
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Experience working with executive-level stakeholders.
