    We are searching for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Office Automation Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our unified communication and office automation solutions to potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Outbound Calling:
      • Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce our unified communication and managed service offerings.
      • Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and pain points.
      • Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our solutions to generate interest and secure appointments for the sales team.
    2. Lead Generation:
      • Proactively identify and qualify leads through targeted calling campaigns.
      • Utilize CRM software and other tools to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
      • Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize leads and provide detailed notes and insights for effective follow-up.
    3. Product Knowledge:
      • Develop a deep understanding of our unified communication and managed service offerings, including key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
      • Stay updated on industry trends and developments to effectively position our solutions in the market.
    4. Customer Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to foster trust and credibility.
      • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing relevant information to prospects.
    5. Performance Tracking:
      • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for outbound calls, lead generation, and appointment setting.
      • Track and report on key performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and pipeline progression.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in outbound telemarketing, preferably in the telecommunications or managed services industry.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects in meaningful conversations and articulate value propositions effectively.
    • Strong sales acumen and the ability to identify opportunities and overcome objections.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
