About:


  • The Senior Digital Analytics & data specialist will provide Digital Marketing & web analytics solutions and services to our Client's Digital Data division, enabling the eCommerce growth and fulfilment) teams to make informed, data driven systems design, web development, marketing and business decisions.
  • Working closely with the performance managers, product owner, system designers, UX/Content and business segments to deliver solutions aligned to our Client's business objectives.

Duties:


Strategy, analysis & reporting

  • Managing enterprise level implementation of social, web and data analytics tools across digital marketing, channel, data & analytics and fulfilment.
  • Define, implement and maintain the appropriate solutions for reporting frameworks, dashboards, and visualization tools to track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and web analytics that supports our Client's digital enterprisewide business needs and key performance indicators.
  • Set up end to end tracking points within public, secure, app and WhatsApp environments for visualization through Tableau.
  • Track and analyse web site performance, trends, click stream, paths and results of online marketing initiatives to provide data driven insights (business intelligence, media & message optimization).
  • Support daytoday management of sales funnels and analytics systems to ensure tracking and reporting is functioning optimally, creating and maintaining key reports, dashboards and analysis in support of the digital sales team's to optimization and new build deliveries.
  • Analyse reports and information to Identify and provide insights around possible opportunities or levers to improve performance and collaborate with the marketing team to develop databacked recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct A/B tests, analyse results, and propose iterative improvements to campaigns, targeting, messaging, and user experience to drive higher conversion rates and sales.
  • Create regular & adhoc analysis reports to communicate campaign results, trends, and opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing data quality, accuracy, and availability to ensure the reliability and efficiency of marketing performance reports.

Stakeholder engagement & thought leadership

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, sales, development, and data teams, to leverage various data sources in refining digital marketing strategies and tactics to build robust reporting infrastructure and automation processes that streamline data collection, analysis, and visualization.
  • Inform best practices, track trends, recommend solutions to improve our client's sales capabilities and identify improvements to digital sales, and digital channels based on engagement and traffic patterns.
  • Provide training on analytics and data visualization.
  • Provide internal team knowledge sharing through data visualization and insights analysis capabilities.
  • Keep up to date with technology roadmaps, enhancements and evolution.
  • Knowledge sharing with our client's Digital Marketing and Digital Sales teams on the use of latest tracking & analysis suites to enable growth of their segment portfolios.
  • Heavy interaction and support with the digital sales delivery team, Digital marketing and business segments.

Skills and experience:


  • Minimum 5 years' experience in web analytics and digital marketing analytics
  • Strong Client facing skills responsive, results driven and dedicated to a customer centric ethos
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, data science or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to work independently and manage multiple projects / responsibilities.
  • Exposure to enterprise level stakeholders and understanding of complex web ecosystems and best practices
  • Ability to think critically, collaborate with and make actionable recommendations to the digital marketing, digital sales delivery team as well as business unit stakeholders based on the business data needs
  • Indepth knowledge and understanding of various client websites, their business models and online marketing strategy's
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Strong knowledge/experience of marketing analytics tools such as:


  • Analytics Tools: Google Analytics/GA4
  • Media: Google Ads, Social Media Analytics
  • Tag Management Systems: GTM
  • Visual Analytics Platforms: Google Data Studio, Tableau
  • Testing and Optimisation: Google Optimize & Audience
  • Reporting: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Datarama), Advanced Excel & PowerPoint
