Description
The incumbent in this role is responsible for capturing information effectively, efficiently, and timeously within the HRD Department.In this role you will be responsible for:
- Capturing data accurately and timeously.
- Booking and confirmation of training.
- Updating and printing of training certificates and permits.
- Maintaining training data on SAP.
- Assisting with weekly training reports.
About you:
To be considered for this role, you will meet the following minimum requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 1
- Studying towards a relevant tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.
- Driver's license Code EB (08).
Minimum Experience
- MS Office Proficiency.
- Experience in vendor management will be an added advantage.
