We are a dynamic and innovative recruitment agency, Top Recruitment (Pty) Ltd, seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

Job Summary:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content for both digital and print media.

This role requires a creative individual with excellent time management and communication skills, who can work well both independently and as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Design and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital platforms.
2. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create on-brand visuals and maintain brand consistency.
3. Develop innovative design concepts that meet business objectives and client needs.
4. Adapt designs for various platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user experience across devices.
5. Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of design assets.
6. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and software to continuously improve creative output.
7. Provide design support for other teams within the organization as needed.
8. Prepare files for both digital and print production.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in design software.
4. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design.
5. Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results under tight deadlines.
7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
8. Knowledge of web design principles.
9. Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics is advantageous.
10. Familiarity with photography and videography is advantageous.

Remuneration:
