    We are looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to join our Kitchen Team at the Radisson Hotel Group. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for our guests.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Serve Our Guests: Ensure the smooth running of the kitchen department and deliver a high-quality guest dining experience throughout the hotel.
    2. Improve Guest Satisfaction: Proactively improve guest satisfaction and comfort by responding to enquiries and resolving problems in a timely manner.
    3. Lead the Kitchen Team: Develop and implement plans to achieve kitchen initiatives and hotel targets.

    Requirements:

    2. Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
    3. Guest Service Commitment: Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
    4. Creative Solutions: Ability to find creative solutions and offer advice and recommendations.
