Description
4* Game Lodge close to Hoedspruit is looking for a Lodge Anchor.- Meticulous in all aspects of managing the lodge
- Managing, Overseeing Staff with the General Manager
- Staff training and development
- Assisting the marketing manager to get content for social media
- Hosting Duties
- Allocation of Airport Transfers
- Assistance around the lodge in other departments if needed
- Reporting to General manager, Group Operations Manager(s) and Head Office
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Big 5 reserve and 4* lodge necessary
- ResRequest experience will be beneficial
- Valid RSA Driver's License
- Exceptional Guest Relations skills
- Ability to manage staff
- Understanding and ability to manage the different departments
- Financial experience in budget control, stock takes and stock control
