- Matric qualification
Code 08 licence - Minimum 3 years in similar position
- Commercial dealership experience (preferred)
- Managing Parts Sales and Administration people making sure all individual KPIs are met
- Meeting planned sales goals and maintain good GP against budget
- Setting individual KPIs with the parts department staff
- Tracking parts sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the parts sales team
- Maintaining good stock reorder levels and stock holding is accurate
- Perpetuals done daily to maintain correct stock inventory
- The ongoing training of your sales people
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education
- Promoting the organisation and products
- Understand our ideals, customers and how they relate to our products
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Any other lawful and reasonable duties required by Dealer Principal from time to time
- Liaise with Workshop staff enquiries to minimise down time in the Workshop
- Time manage Sales Staff to maximise the best use of their time
- Handle customer concerns above the normal scope of the Sales person
- Negotiate discounts to maximise Retained Gross Profit
- Assist with Parts Sales to reach monthly target
- Meet with the DP weekly to update the status of the Parts Sales Department
