    GROUP HEAD: IT OPERATION, INFRASTRUCTURE AND SERVICE DELIVERY

    The successful candidate will lead the strategic definition, creation and development of the overall IT Operations, Infrastructure and Service Delivery strategy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define, create and develop the overall IT Operations, Infrastructure and Service Delivery strategy in line with business needs.
    • Identify, evaluate and recommend new IT technologies to support the overall IT Operations, Infrastructure and Service Delivery strategy.
    • Align IT systems within IT Operations, Infrastructure and Service Delivery with business requirements across global IT operations.
    • Manage and track Return on Investment (ROI) for IT Operations, Infrastructure and Service Delivery initiatives.
    • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into IT Operations, Infrastructure and Service Delivery solutions.
    • Provide strategic guidance and roadmaps for technology investments and initiatives across local and global IT Operations, Infrastructure and Service Delivery.
    • Lead the secure management of IT Operations, Infrastructure and Service Delivery to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
    • Design, develop and implement IT Operations, Infrastructure and Service Delivery frameworks and methodologies across local and global operations.
    • Establish architecture standards, guidelines and best practices across IT Operations, Infrastructure and Service Delivery.
    • Develop and mature IT Service Management (ITSM) processes ensuring their effectiveness.
    • Ensure high-quality service desk support is delivered across all regions.
    • Deliver qualitative and quantitative metrics of IT service performance.
    • Proactively identify and manage IT Incidents.
    • Develop strategies for data protection, disaster recovery and business continuity.
    • Track and measure IT Operations, Infrastructure and Service Delivery related security findings.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT organization.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
    • Any other relevant technology degree.
    • Postgraduate qualification and/or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) advantageous.
    • ITIL certification required.
    • Minimum 15 years experience in IT with at least 8 years in Head of IT Infrastructure and Operations role.
