    • Monitor project progress, invoices, and budget to ensure overall project performance and profitability.
    • Develop schedules, budgets, and proposals for civil engineering projects.
    • Maintain and manage client relationships through effective marketing strategies.
    • Apply strong management skills to plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of civil engineering projects.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
    • Minimum 15 years of diverse experience in construction sites.
    • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with a working knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and Primavera.
    • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong leadership skills to manage and build teams effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
    • Highly organized, detail-driven, and conscientious.

    Arabic - Native / Mother Tongue

    English - Good
