Minimum Requirements
- Essential: Matric.
- Essential: Valid Driver's License and Own Vehicle.
- Essential: National Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration/Relevant Qualification.
- Beneficial: Degree/Diploma in Financial Mangement/HR/Business Management.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating the financial administration system.
- Processing monthly costing and forecasting.
- Tasked with debtor reconciliations and followups.
- Compiling and assisting with management reports.
- Tasked with minute and document meetings and the preparation of presentations.
- Maintaining filing and record keeping.
- Updating, maintaining, and communicating contract registers.
- Compiling and assisting with proposals and reports.
- Assisting with the administration of ISO, safety requirements and regulations.
- Assisting and upholding internal BBBEE administration process.
