The Business Development Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving new business growth and revenue expansion.

Utilizing effective sales methodologies, this individual will identify, qualify, and close new customers in line with our strategic objectives and revenue targets.

Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, the Business Development Manager will ensure revenue protection and growth through consultative sales strategies and well-planned customer visits.

A key responsibility of this role is to plan, document, and record sales data on our CRM, streamlining pipeline management and optimizing the pipeline to drive more sales.

This position requires an experienced sales professional who can share knowledge and skills with team members to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver new business growth and revenue expansion
Identify, qualify, and close new customers
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
Plan, document, and record sales data on the CRM

Requirements:

Degree or similar tertiary education
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, achieving sales targets
Experience working in a B2B sales environment, employing consultative or solution selling
Excellent communication, time management, and planning skills

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
