- Manage monthly payroll input processing
- Build and maintain relationships with payroll software service providers for quality control purposes
- Prepare detailed monthly reconciliations of payroll reports against income statements and balance sheet accounts for all entities
- Serve as liaison between human resources and resolve payroll-related queries
- Coordinate, analyze, and capture benefits information
- Support external auditors as needed in this area
- Assist with annual salary increase administration
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required
- Post-matric qualification with payroll and HR training
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience managing large payrolls (1000+ employees)
