Client Support Consultant

Claremont, Cape Town


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Proactive client engagement reach out to clients who have initiated but not completed the registration process to offer assistance and guidance.
  • Identify challenges preventing clients from completing registration and provide solutions or escalate as necessary.
  • Customer service excellence maintain a high standard of customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.
  • Address client concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for client satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Ensure all client interactions adhere to company policies, procedures, and SLAs.
  • Provide clear and accurate information to clients, explaining processes and procedures as needed.
  • Escalate to the appropriate team managers if necessary.
  • Monitor and track client support metrics to ensure SLAs are consistently met or exceeded.

Qualifications:


  • Matric
  • A relevant communication or administration qualification could be helpful.
Administration experience within the financial sector - Advantageous


Experience:


  • Experience in customer service or client support roles in corporate environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support ticketing platforms is a plus.

Salary:
R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month


Education:


  • High School (matric) (preferred)

Experience:


  • Working in the finance industry: 2 years (preferred)
