    Job Description: HR & Admin Assistant

    Morgan Motor Group seeks a highly skilled HR & Admin Assistant to join the HR and Compliance Team, providing support to multiple dealerships across the group.

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • Experience with Sage VIP (Classic) Payroll, with MIBCO experience being an added advantage
    • Bilingual proficiency in Afrikaans and English
    • A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and attention to detail
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, pressurized environment
    • Excellent multitasking skills and passion for administrative tasks
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to take initiative
    • Fast learning capabilities and a valid driver's license

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Payroll administration, including basic capturing and loading employees on SAGE VIP
    • Capture and processing of leave forms, printing, and pulling reports and payslips
    • Effective management of employee files and assisting employees with basic payroll queries
    • SAF claims handling and supporting Compliance Manager with B-BBEE, Health and Safety, Employment Equity, and Skills Development printing and other administrative duties
    • Collaboration with Group HR Manager and Admin Manager on printing and other administrative tasks for multiple companies
    • Loading payments on ABSA and FNB, filing, processing, and general administration, including managing office supplies
