    Compliance Manager Role

    We are seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure our Franchise channel adheres to our values, brand reputation, and governance standards. This role is responsible for reviewing and monitoring Franchise operations to guarantee compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and the Franchise agreement.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Maintain ongoing reviews of Franchise operations to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Conduct regular audits of Franchise operations to identify non-compliance areas and develop corrective action plans as needed.

    Focal Areas:

    • Branding and upkeep of vehicles and buildings
    • IT licensing and equipment
    • Dress code compliance

    Training & Education

    • Provide compliance-related training and resources to Franchisees and their staff.
    • Act as primary point of contact for Franchisees regarding compliance inquiries and provide timely guidance and support.

    Reporting & Record Keeping

    • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, including audit reports, training sessions, and communication with Franchisees.
    • Prepare regular reports for management on the compliance status of Franchise operations, including any issues or concerns.

    Key Skills:

    • Meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills.
    • Able to collaborate effectively with Franchisees and internal stakeholders.

    Desired Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Auditing, Accounting, or Finance.
    • Advanced certification in compliance or internal audit is an added advantage.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role or internal audit, preferably within franchising.
    • Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
