Minimum Qualification Required
Grade 12 / Standard 10
Tertiary qualification will be beneficial
RE 5 Certificate
Fully FAIS Accredited (150 Credits )
Minimum Experience 2 years' experience in a management role.
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
Achieving set KPI'S set out by business.
Reporting on performance daily/monthly to the Line Manager
Data analysis, identifying and presenting viable solutions.
Mentor and train sales advisors
Creating strategic sales plans and implementation.
