Area Operations Manager

South Africa - Gauteng SA national only**
Up to R50 000 dependent upon experience

A challenging opportunity for a experienced senior restaurant management professional to join this expanding gourmet hospitality group based at head office in Gauteng.

Reporting to the COO, this position's primary responsibility is ensuring organisational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organisation's Operational functions.

Working with the Restaurant Management Teams & Head Office Support Team, the position also contributes to the development & implementation of strategies, policies & practices.

What you'll need:

South African national

Minimum 3 yrs within senior full-service multi-site restaurant operations

Full financial acumen with strong reporting skills

Previous experience in branding & pre-opening

Strong business acumen & exceptional interpersonal/ communication skills

Long-term strategic planning, management development, project management, quality improvement skills required

Excellent management, leadership and strategic planning skills

Salary package:
Up to R50 000 ctc
