    Internal Sales Coordinator Role

    Job Summary

    The National Hygiene Supplier and Distributor of a variety of hygienic products is seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator to support their growing business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Administrate the full ordering process, including sales invoices, quotes, and telephone management.
    • Support the Sales Team with clerical and administrative processes, customer support, and data compilation for weekly reports.
    • Assist with quotation enquiries, updating customer information, and maintaining office files and records.
    • Provide excellent customer service, respond to enquiries, and follow up with customers daily, weekly, and monthly.
    • Contribute to team efforts by promoting and selling products in line with the current sales strategy.

    Telephone Management

    • Answer and direct calls, take and relay messages, provide information to callers, and greet persons entering the organization.
    • Deal with queries related to orders receipt, confirm delivery enquiries, and ensure product knowledge and pricing correctness.

    Operational Requirements

    • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Evolution and Pastel operating systems.
    • Grade 12 qualification.
    • Ability to work required hours in Midrand.
