Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master with extensive experience in managing projects within an Agile Custom Development and Integration environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple Agile projects from start to finish in demanding customer environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with development teams, product owners, and delivery team managers to identify process flaws and develop a prioritized Agile improvement roadmap for consistent predictable delivery.
• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders regarding changes in scope, delays, or other issues.
• Run daily, weekly, and monthly Agile ceremonies efficiently and strictly.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, ensuring Agile processes are followed, provide feedback to delivery teams, and focus teams on agreed sprint goals.
• Drive improvements generated by Agile retrospectives, educate teams on utilizing appropriate features of Agile management tools.
• Provide update reports on Agile process for the wider organization.
• Facilitate communication across different delivery teams to resolve dependencies and impediments.
• Work with the Product Owner to protect current sprint commitments and continually refine and prioritize the backlog.
• Enforce the definition of ready for work coming into the development team.
• Educate external parties about the process for submission of development work requests.
• Continuously learn and educate development teams and fellow Scrum Masters on Agile methodologies and practices.
• Coach and mentor delivery teams to increase Agile maturity across the company.
• Actively contribute to the Scrum Master Community of Practice.
• Take responsibility for Business Analysis aspects such as studying business needs, eliciting requirements, documenting requirements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery, preparing Release Notes, post-go-live reporting, and developing User Guides.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years' experience in Agile project management or Scrum Mastery.
• Certified Scrum Master (PSM or CSM) preferred.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and experience in a Product-Driven and Custom Development environment.
• Ability to understand technical issues at a high level, coach multiple teams, and drive decision-making in a collaborative fashion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and project management frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Matriculation certificate.
• Relevant IT/Scrum Master qualification.

Additional Information:
