Description

Receiving

  • Receive all items received from clients,
  • Scan all equipment received and documentation on CRM
  • All scanned items to be taken to audit section for auditing
  • Report daily on received items,

Warehouse

  • Oversee that warehouse is kept tidy all times and stock is placed in correct bins
  • Ensure that all stock at hand is stored accordingly within warehouse in the right areas of the warehouse

Binning

  • Scanning all items to be binned on database
  • Counting all items to be binned, grouping them and then storing them appropriately within warehouse
  • Brand all binned items to be identifiable
  • Report to Supervisor on all binned items

OEM and Vendor Certifications

  • Complete all OEM and Vendor online competence training
    (Dell, Lenovo, HP, Acer, Apple)
  • Attend OEM/Vendor training sessions and workshops

ISO

  • Ensure Departmental procedures are followed as per the Quality Management System requirements
  • Reporting issues/nonconformance results/activities that might affect Quality Management Systems
  • Ensure weekly/monthly reporting on daily tasks when required

Education:

  • High School (matric) (preferred)

Experience:
- warehousing: 1 year (preferred)
