The objective of the Program Manager is to perform a project management roll to ensure that the Access solutions infrastructure gets implemented according to the requirements.

This includes the liaison and communication with different role players internally and externally to ensure projects are completed according to the Business's targets and budget.


Role responsibilities and key focus areas:

  • Programme Manager for rollout of Network delivery.
  • Projects typically include: Network Audits, BTS power, EndofLife equipment replacement, IOT devices, POP rollout, etc.
  • Management of team of directly reporting Project Managers.
  • Management of project stakeholders: Planning, Provisioning, Suppliers, Project Finance, Equipment Logistics, etc.
  • KPI's include:
  • On time delivery
  • Cost management
  • Quality management
  • System information
  • Use efficiently processes, methodologies and project management tools; produce management information for control
  • Perform detailed project planning (deliverables, efforts, timeframe, project review and control) taking into consideration issues, complexity, people involved and integration with other systems and projects)
  • Realize the project as per expected results and agreements
  • Perform risk management and impact analysis

Skills and experience:

  • Relevant technical qualification

  • essential:
  • 5-8 Years' experience in Telecoms network project management

  • essential:
  • Exposure to working in an Agile environment
  • Scrum certification would be an advantage
