Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and perform system upgrades and maintenance
• Monitor network performance and resolve basic issues
• Work within established configuration and change management policies
• Prepare reports and create comprehensive documentation related to server and security infrastructure
• Maintain partner relationships with integrators and vendors

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in network support and maintenance or equivalent education and training
• Basic knowledge of network protocols and services, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
• Ability to learn and understand network security, including firewall configuration and management, and vulnerability testing
• Strong problemsolving and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced, highpressure environment
