Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Person to join our multifaceted organisation with divisions in cleaning and hygiene, waste management, pest control, logistics, protection, and fuel services.

As a Sales Person you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and closing deals.

You will also be responsible for preparing(Biding) and submitting tenders for all our company divisions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth across multiple divisions.
Identify and approach potential clients to establish and expand business relationships.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and negotiation.
Identify and qualify new sales leads
Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Prepare and submit tenders.
Negotiate and close deals
Provide excellent customer service
Identify and qualify new sales leads
Track and report on sales performance
Proven track record of success in sales
Strong understanding of working with contract.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate the value proposition of our diverse services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer skills.
Strong marketing and the ability to create compelling pitches.
Dedication and commitment to achieving sales targets.
Proactive and selfmotivated individual with a resultsoriented mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
More than 2 years of proven experience in the related field.
