Responsibilities:


  • Sell softwareasaservice (SaaS) to the automotive industry and digital marketing services to all industries.
  • Generate leads & sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company's sales targets.
  • Monthly Reporting on sales, issues & successes
  • Manage and solve conflicts with clients.
  • Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Maintaining client records & activity reports

Requirements & Skills:


  • Matric & Relevant qualifications
  • Experience in a digital marketing sales position in the automotive industry will be beneficial.
  • Track record of positive performance metrics
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong decisionmaking abilities
  • Able to travel regularly.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Demonstrate persistence and overcomes obstacles.
  • Highly motivated to achieve challenging goals.
  • Organizational, planning and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent computer skills and efficiency in Microsoft office products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
