- Min. 3 years' experience as a Hatchery Manager.
- Electrical or Millwright trade.
- Experience should include the following:
- Collect and analyze hatchery data, including hatch rates, chick quality, and incubator performance, to identify areas for improvement and optimize hatchery efficiency.
- Monitor and adjust incubation parameters, such as temperature, humidity, and ventilation, to optimize hatchability and chick health.
- Oversee all aspects of hatchery operations, including egg receiving, incubation, hatching, and chick processing, to ensure optimal hatch rates and chick quality.
