    Job Description:

    The purpose of this is role is to support with conducting demand management and prioritising digital opportunities aligned with architecture and business goals for Midstream functions.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  • Support demand management, collaborating with business units to prioritise digital transformation initiatives aligned with application architecture and business goals.
  • Support the development and maintenance of a clear roadmap for digital projects, optimizing resource usage and integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with application architects to ensure digital solutions comply with technology standards and principles.
  • Monitor and report on the progress and impact of digital initiatives, generating data-driven insights to support informed decisions.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, fostering innovation in digital consulting focussed on rough diamond midstream activities.
  • Foster relationships and engage with stakeholders to gain support for digital initiatives in line with application architecture.
  • Adheres to and participates in governance forums and processes.
  • Qualifications:

    The successful incumbent must meet the following criteria:

  • An undergraduate qualification (Bachelors degree or equivalent) in the relevant IM or functional discipline
  • Experience working in a multinational, multi-cultural environment.
  • Certifications in relevant discipline. Examples include, IT Service management (ITIL), PMP, TOGAF architecture method, membership of an industry body or chartered institute.
  • Business case formulation, design, and delivery of global enterprise solutions
  • Stakeholder engagement and management
  • Functional exposure to relevant applications and process
  • REQUIRED SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:

  • Ability to work across organisational and functional boundaries, with good influencing skills, excellent stakeholder and supplier management skillsDecision Making: Balancing data and information with timely decisions and managing risks within BU.
