We have clients locally and internationally looking for senior / Mid-level IT Support Technicians for On-site, Remote or Shift work.

Requirements:

A+ and N+ /

MCSA:

Windows Server 2012 / 201- A background in Mid-Senior Level IT Support with exposure to Firewalls, Security, Cloud, Virtualisation Technologies, Microsoft 365 Services.

VIOP Technologies

Microsoft certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
Microsoft 365 certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.

VMware Certified Professional

Data Centre Virtualisation.
CCNA
Experience using an RMM tool for management and remote support.
Experience in Virtualisation Technologies.
Experience in Cloud technologies. (VMware, Azure)
Virtual networking and VLAN knowledge
Deploying and Supporting multiple Window Server Environments.
Onsite Support of troubleshooting / replacing server hardware. (Drives, RAID controllers, PSU)
VOIP Technologies. (On Prem, Hosted)
Configuring and managing LAN and WAN Equipment. (Switches, Firewalls)
Verbal and Written Communication.
Out of the box thinking.
Comfortable with providing remote and Onsite IT Support.
Customer centric
Technical Ability.
