We have clients locally and internationally looking for senior / Mid-level IT Support Technicians for On-site, Remote or Shift work.
Requirements:
- A+ and N+ /
MCSA:
Windows Server 2012 / 201- A background in Mid-Senior Level IT Support with exposure to Firewalls, Security, Cloud, Virtualisation Technologies, Microsoft 365 Services.
VIOP Technologies- Microsoft certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
- Microsoft 365 certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
- VMware Certified Professional
- Data Centre Virtualisation.
- CCNA
- Experience using an RMM tool for management and remote support.
- Experience in Virtualisation Technologies.
- Experience in Cloud technologies. (VMware, Azure)
- Virtual networking and VLAN knowledge
- Deploying and Supporting multiple Window Server Environments.
- Onsite Support of troubleshooting / replacing server hardware. (Drives, RAID controllers, PSU)
- VOIP Technologies. (On Prem, Hosted)
- Configuring and managing LAN and WAN Equipment. (Switches, Firewalls)
- Verbal and Written Communication.
- Out of the box thinking.
- Comfortable with providing remote and Onsite IT Support.
- Customer centric
- Technical Ability.
- Initiative / Proactive.
- Problem solving and Decision making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
- Ownership of mistakes and corrected.
