Essential:

  • Indepth understanding of the hotel industry
  • Indepth understanding of cost control
  • Indepth understanding of hotel F&B
  • Clear understanding of accepted standards of recordkeeping in line with statutory/interim/annual audit requirements
  • Indepth understanding of POS and inventory system reporting packages
  • English proficiency
  • Driver's license

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Accounting/Financial qualification (advantageous)
  • Min 5 years' experience in Purchasing
