Required for 5* hotel propertyMarket related on experience
Essential:
- Indepth understanding of the hotel industry
- Indepth understanding of cost control
- Indepth understanding of hotel F&B
- Clear understanding of accepted standards of recordkeeping in line with statutory/interim/annual audit requirements
- Indepth understanding of POS and inventory system reporting packages
- English proficiency
- Driver's license
Qualifications/Experience:
- Accounting/Financial qualification (advantageous)
- Min 5 years' experience in Purchasing
