Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity with a fast-growing company specializing in water treatment for mining, petrochemical, and electricity generation environments.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our water treatment team as a Site Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metallurgical or chemical engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in furnace-related water treatment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the chemical dosing regime, monitoring dosing performance, and optimizing chemical dosing rates. They will also be responsible for daily reporting and analysis, water quality monitoring, maintaining water treatment equipment and softeners, managing Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators, liaising directly with customers, stock control and forecasting, overseeing on-site personnel, collaborating with production and engineering teams, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and operational standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives and technical troubleshooting.

This is a site-based role that requires full-time presence with standby duties. The successful candidate will be willing to learn at a fast pace and must be diligent, energetic, enthusiastic, and have excellent leadership skills.

Minimum Requirements:

• BEng/BSc Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering
• 5+ Years' Experience in Furnace-Related Water Treatment
• Strong Technical Knowledge of Water Treatment Processes
• Effective Leadership, Safety First, and Analytical Thinking
• Willing to be On-Site Based Full-Time with Standby
