    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. The successful candidate will have experience in handling Network/Datacenter related tickets and incidents, monitoring the network environment, and troubleshooting complex issues.

    Key responsibilities include working collaboratively with colleagues to adapt the environment to meet business needs, implementing new change requests, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of IT infrastructure and Networking principles.

    The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years' experience in a similar role, hold relevant certifications (e.g., Technology Certifications), and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English is essential, with knowledge of additional languages an advantage. Familiarity with Standard IT processes and methodologies (ITIL) is also desirable.

    Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:

    • Handle Network/Datacenter related tickets and incidents
    • Monitor the network/Datacenter environment
    • Troubleshoot complex issues and implement solutions
    • Work collaboratively with team members to adapt the environment to meet business needs
    • Implement new change requests

    Requirements:

    • 2-5 years' experience as a Support Engineer or relevant degree/certificate
    • Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure and Networking principles
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn and develop
    • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages an advantage
    • Technology certifications and/or knowledge of ITIL a plus
