Reputable company located in Umhlanga Durban area is looking for a Debt Collection's Supervisor preferably with a minimum of 1-year experience in the debt collections environment.
Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 16:30pm - Fridays 7:00am to 15:30pm - Saturday's 8:00am -13:00pm possibility of overtime dependent upon the company's needs.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, management, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Advanced conflict resolution skills.
- Supervising of the debt collectors for assigned category/categories.
- Upskilling and assisting old and new debt collectors on debt collection procedures & requirements.
- Motivate, manage employees and performance.
- Maintaining office discipline and procedures for order and efficiency
- Work closely with QA Specialist to ensure that proper telephone etiquette and call handling is adhered to.
- Ensure that all employees follow the company's best practices for call centre management and operations.
- Reporting. Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting to line manager
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
